All-in-One Solution - a self contained terminal and meter on one device
Integrated Solution - payment terminal integrated with existing dispatch and meter system

Important to Remember:
Let us know which solution you are ordering when placing a work order via the Installer App
Advise EFTPOS support when you have received your equipment - this is required to activate the terminals and ensure they can be installed
Read the full installer guide before commencing installation as each solution has a detailed step-by-step approach
Always stage and test the unit before completion
Obtain Cabcharge confirmation before installing new MID/TIDs (for rollout, all config details remain the same with the exception of the terminal ID prefix)

All-in-One Solution
The all-in-one solution combines the taxi meter and EFTPOS terminal into a single unit designed for merchants not using a compatible dispatch system. It simplifies wiring and reduces integration work.
Materials
Each installation requires the following hardware and accessories:
Pax A920Pro terminal
GNSS/GPS antenna
Dome light relay
USB C Maglock charging cable
Dual USB port (pre-wired)
Cradle and RAM mount
Typical Installation Flow
Confirm receipt of equipment with EFTPOS Support to activate terminals
Complete physical install of GNSS/GPS antenna
Configure terminal with Merchant ID (MID) & Terminal ID (TID, prefix = 00B)
Enter Taxi Plate, Client ID and other relevant fields via the Installer App
Check for updates & apply recommended terminal settings
Pair terminal with GNSS/GPS antenna
Perform staging test to confirm successful installation
Integrated Solution
The integrated solution is for merchants using a supported dispatch system (e.g., Autocab, iCabbi or Smartmove) and enables full connectivity between the Cabcharge payment terminal and compatible dispatch and taxi meter. This facilitates automatic fare flow to the terminal and streamlined drive logon.

Each installation requires the following hardware and accessories:
Pax A920Pro terminal
USB C Maglock charging cable
Typical Installation Flow
Confirm receipt of equipment with EFTPOS Support to activate terminals
Configure terminal with Merchant ID (MID) & Terminal ID (TID, prefix = 00C)
Check for updates & apply recommended terminal settings
Scan first QR code displayed on terminal via the Installer App
Confirm MID and TID are correctly displayed in Installer App
Enter Device ID (this is set by your dispatch provider) and send Pairing Request
Scan second QR code displayed on terminal via the Installer App to complete pairing
Perform staging test - this includes sending a test payment request from dispatch to verify successful pairing with terminal
