This quick guide provides both authorised external installers and merchant self-installers with an overview of how to use the Cabcharge Installer App - from ordering new assets to installing, returning and monitoring devices assigned to your service location.
Using the App, installers can:
Place work orders to request new devices
Install and activate equipment by scanning the serial number
Return removed or faulty assets using integrated shipping and tracking
Track aged assets to ensure timely installation and reduce stock ageing
View analytics on asset status, inventory levels and movements
