How to return an asset to Cabcharge after it has been removed from a taxi

Once equipment has been removed from a taxi (following the steps in the complete installation guide), it should be promptly returned to Cabcharge.

Shipping returns

  1. Complete the Faulty Returns Form

  2. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number

  3. Open the Installer App and tap ‘Send Asset’

  4. Scan or enter at least one serial number

  5. When all units are scanned, select ‘Ship Via’

  6. Scan the 20 character tracking number located on the bottom of the shipping label provided by the courier

  7. Tap the ‘Submit’ button
